Michael is an experienced second-generation pharmacist/entrepreneur with a passion for serving others. Under his leadership, the Missouri and Kansas pharmacies are continually recognized as innovators, trusted partners, and providers of exemplary service. Michael is quick to give credit for this success to his incredible, dynamic team.
Denise has over 30 years’ experience working in the senior living community industry. She has held every position from business office manager to administrator to COO and executive director. When the opportunity arose, Denise joined the Guardian family as controller in 2019 and was promoted to VP, Operations and Finance in 2024.
As a highly accomplished Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Michelle brings 30 years of expertise in senior living, behavioral health, and I/DD services. After being the former Owner and CEO of a Residential Care Facility for 29 years, she now serves on the Missouri Board of Nursing Home Administrators. Michelle works passionately enhancing pharmacy services for our current and prospective partner facilities.
Motivated by passion and purpose- by building personal relationships and serving others, Jessica joined the Guardian Pharmacy team in 2021. She is a graduate from Southwest Baptist University and supports our Nurse Account Managers and Consultant Pharmacists, providing the best customer service possible.
With a history of managing retail and specialty pharmacies, Seth joined the Guardian Pharmacy team in 2019. Seth began his pharmacy career at 16 years old as a delivery driver, graduated with his Pharm.D. from the University of Kansas, and now leads our operations teams.
As a proud St. Louis native, Angela’s interest in caring for older adults began in 2001 when she volunteered at a local nursing home. A graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy with 14 years of experience in community and LTC pharmacy operations, she serves as pharmacist-in-charge and chief immunization coordinator.
Monna is a customer service centered pharmacist who began her journey in pharmacy as a pharmacy technician while still in high school. She graduated from St. Louis College of Pharmacy (now UHSP) in 2000. Her years of experience include community pharmacy in both independent and chain retail, as well as LTC pharmacy. She is excited to join the Guardian family and serve our customers with an “exceeds expectations” attitude.
Kelissa started working in her hometown pharmacy at age 15 as a clerk. Her favorite task was delivering medications to patients in assisted living because they often shared treats, pictures, and family stories. Recognizing that connecting with people can be just as valuable as the treatments themselves, Kelissa has never forgotten that CARE is truly the centerpiece of healthcare. She now possesses a PharmD from the University of Kansas and continues to serve patients with compassion and joy.
